Her beautiful courtyard house in a very chique hutong area just opposite Yonhegong Lama Temple.

The "Dream of the red chamber", one of the four classical chinese novels - and my favourite - was written by Cao Xueqin, who was living in this wonderful mansion in the middle of the 18th century. He was inspired by the garden, which was the model for the one in his novel.
